的 管理 Track intends to prepare students for general 管理 positions in either public or private organizations. Course work focuses on key business needs such managing personnel, behavioral motivations, international strategies, and conflict resolution. Students are encouraged to do internships where they can apply their 管理 skills.

的 人力资源 Track intends to prepare students for careers as managers in 人力资源, 培训, Labor Relations and other specialties. 每学期, HR students participate in a mock interview service learning activity in coordination with 的 Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SoCal ROC). Graduates in 管理 will find themselves qualified for an extensive array of entry-level 管理 positions in aerospace, 娱乐, 制造业, small business and 零售业.

Students may choose to follow the Advertising Track or the 市场营销 管理 Emphasis.

Sports, Entertainment & Hospitality 管理

Opportunities in the sports, 娱乐, and the hospitality industries are widespread within the sales, 市场营销, 管理, 操作, and travel and tourism departments of firms, organizations and 市政府 involved in these industries. Graduates could work for sports teams, 体育运动设施, 市政府, 赌场, 游轮, 主题公园, or in the following industries: travel and tourism; leisure; gaming; and 娱乐 (e.g., television, radio, movies, recording).

This concentration prepares students to work for a small business, start their own business, purchase existing companies, or manage small-to-medium enterprises. 基督教社会联盟DH students have the opportunity to utilize the Entrepreneurial Institute and campus Incubator to further their entrepreneurial goals.
